My support dog and I will visit your vacation property each week while you're away to perform a thorough external check of your home.• We'll ensure doors and windows appear secure

• Provide peace of mind until you return.This is a strictly exterior-only service, so we don’t enter the home—keeping things simple, low-impact, and stress-free.If you're back in town, we’ll pause service and happily resume when you're away again.*** Need a one-time storm check after heavy weather? We also offer that as a separate service for $60.

Weekly Vacation Home Exterior Check – Post Falls - $50/week

If a storm just rolled through or you’ve been alerted to possible damage near your vacation property, I can help give you peace of mind. My support dog and I will head over to your home and perform a thorough walk-around of the exterior. I’ll check for:• Visible storm or weather damage• Downed branches or debris• Signs of flooding, leaks, or property disturbance• That everything appears secure and lockedI'll communicate with you about what I find and provide photo documentation (if anything concerning is found), so you can decide if further action is needed. This is a one-time, as-needed service available when conditions make it necessary.Note: This service is limited to the exterior only.
